Did you know...Kitchen Twine Stand-In

Kitchen Twine Stand-In

Ready to tie up that roast? Want to make a bouquet garni? Oh wait, you find that you are out of kitchen twine. I found a great substitue in the January/February 2005 issue of Cook's Illustrated magazine.

Dental floss makes a great substitute when you find you have no kitchen twine. Just make sure that you use unflavored, unwaxed dental floss.
