ReplyDeleteI love these easy type of snacks that pack loads of flavor. I am wondering if you could do an entry to talk about the various types of salt: sea salt vs. kosher vs. iodized. I have always wondered what the differences are and if it truly matters which variety one uses to enhance a dish.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to reading more!
One of my favorites! Also, an entry on salts would be great since I have about 10 in my cubbard and not sure what to do with all of them, that was someone elses department. Figuring it out.
